In Europe and the US, market expansion demands remain stable, with US companies looking to enter Europe and European companies aiming to penetrate the US market. Our latest focus is Korea, responding to the rising demand from Korean companies aiming to go global and international businesses eager to enter the attractive Korean market.

How are you compensated?

Fractional executives are compensated similarly to your full-time executives, receiving a monthly salary (retainer) plus performance bonuses.

 

However, unlike typical employees who receive additional benefits like medical and dental insurance, unemployment benefits, etc., all such benefits for our fractional executives are encompassed within the monthly retainer. This simplification aids international businesses in managing the complexities and costs associated with labor laws and employee benefits in foreign countries.

 

The performance bonuses are tailored based on roles, responsibilities, industries, and geographical areas, with bonuses in international business development often tied to successfully closed deals.

What's a typical engagement?

Our typical engagement lasts for one year with a minimum commitment of one-quarter time, equivalent to 10 hours per week. As your business evolves and we develop a deeper understanding of your strategic goals and immediate needs, we are ready to assume additional responsibilities.

Our expertise lies in business development and market expansion. We represent your company effectively and leverage our extensive network to uncover potential business opportunities and forge strategic alliances. Building these relationships takes time, which is why we require a minimum engagement of one year. This duration allows us to strategically position your business for global growth.
